In Memory of Metropolitan Hilarion
It is with a very sad and heavy heart that I inform the community that our beloved Metropolitan Hilarion has reposed in the Lord at 2:00 p.m. today. As I receive more information from the Diocese I will inform the community as best I can. This evening, Monday 5/16/22, we will perform a Pannikhida at 7:00 p.m. Many of us had a very special relationship and fond memories of our holy father. I was honored to be ordained by the hand of Vladyka at different stages through my journey as an Orthodox Christian. He was a true evangelist, always looking to grow new vineyards, cultivate the souls, hearts, and minds of the faithful whom God entrusted him with. He truly left an impression on all of us and a lasting influence of true love, outreach, and ministering the word of God to the world around us. May his memory be eternal!
